Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from using or not using our services are not covered by Craftnex Works’ liability policy. Unless otherwise specified in writing, all services are offered “as is” with no warranties.
We do not promise continuous service or system or platform compatibility. It is recommended that clients keep their own backups and contingency plans up to date.
In any event, the amount of our obligation is capped to the service fees. Even if we were informed of possible damages, this limitation still stands.
Any portion of our services may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without warning. Any modifications that enhance or adjust to new requirements or technologies are not subject to liability to you or any other third party.
For a better user experience, we might also occasionally update UI/UX components or system functions. Your continuing use suggests that you agree to these enhancements or modifications.
Security patches or emergency fixes could be applied suddenly. Documentation or release notes will accompany major changes.
